This form creates a new 'organization' on the
calendar. If you already have an account please contact the webmaster at
calendar@presenceknown.com
or if you have simply forgotten your password go to
this page to have it emailed to you.
The creator of the account will have
administrator privileges to add additional people from the organization to the
calendar system and to create the categories that will be used. These
additional people, if you add them, will have the ability to log in and add
events and/or meetings to the calendar just as you will. You will have
full control over all listings and they will only have access to anything that
they actually posted. So, you could have someone who posts meeting
information, another who posts social activities, and another who might post
company events.
The calendar can be used for internal use or to
post events and meetings for the public to view. You will be issued a
special link that is used to view your organizations calendar.
After completing the form below a detailed set
of instructions and your organization ID will be emailed to you at the address
you provide below. This should happen within seconds and with that
information you will be ready to enter information.
